Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a binding service agreement. An event is reserved only after Framed Hearts Photo Booth confirms availability and receives all items required by the applicable service agreement, including a signed agreement and required retainer.
The separate service agreement provided during booking will govern event services, payment terms, cancellations, rescheduling, venue requirements, deliverables, and other booking-specific matters. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that booking.
